Design / Tech / Administration

Each month includes 40 hours of support and development. You choose how the time is used:

  • Full days
  • Workshop or planned sessions
  • Ongoing support distributed throughout the month

 

Time billing:

  • Tasks under 15 min = quarter-hour billing
  • Tasks over 15 min = hourly billing

We monitor Shopify developments and inform you when needed; you will receive information via our Newsletter for contract customers.

 

Suitable for those who:

  • Perfect after the launch of a major Shopify initiative if you want extensive support and additional development.
  • Or if you prefer not to handle administrative tasks and want us to take care of it.

Service Level Agreement
- We will begin processing your request as soon as possible, within the number of business hours stipulated by the agreement:

  • SLA 2 (request processing initiated within 2 business hours)
  • SLA 8 (request processing initiated within 8 business hours, i.e., the next business day)
  • SLA 16 (request processing initiated within 16 business hours, 2 business days)
