Design / Tech / Administration

Each month includes 8 hours of support and development. You choose how the time is used:

  • A full day
  • A workshop or planned session
  • Ongoing support distributed throughout the month

 

Time billing:

  • Cases under 15 min = quarter-hour billing
  • Cases over 15 min = hourly billing

We monitor Shopify developments and inform you when needed; you will receive information via our Newsletter for contract customers.

 

Suitable for you if:

  • Perfect after launching a Shopify initiative if you want support.
  • Or if you don't want to handle the administration yourself and prefer us to take care of it for a smaller store.

Service Level Agreement
- We will begin processing your request as soon as possible, within the number of business hours stipulated by the agreement:

  • SLA 2 (request processing initiated within 2 business hours)
  • SLA 8 (request processing initiated within 8 business hours, i.e., the next business day)
  • SLA 16 (request processing initiated within 16 business hours, 2 business days)
